What we collect

We process account email, username, password hash, login/session tokens, IP and security logs, uploads and metadata, payment transaction IDs, purchase records, payout details and messages or reports you submit. Buyer emails are not exposed to creators.

Why we use it

We use data to create accounts, deliver paid access, verify transactions, prevent fraud and abuse, process creator payouts, respond to reports and comply with legal obligations. Essential cookies are used for login, security and preferences.

Sharing

Information is shared only with providers needed to host, secure or deliver the service, payment/blockchain infrastructure when a transaction is verified, or where required by law. Public creator profiles, titles and descriptions are visible to visitors. Uploads are delivered through access-controlled video routes.

Retention and security

We retain account and transaction records as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Deleted uploads are removed from active storage; backups and logs may persist for a limited operational period. Use a unique password and protect your devices.

Your choices

You can update profile data in your account and request deletion or a copy of applicable personal data at support@streamflash.sx. Limited records may be retained for security, legal claims or payment accounting.

International use and changes

Data may be processed in the country where our server or providers operate. We may update this notice as the service changes; the current version is published here.
