1. User Conduct

You may upload any type of file, including adult-oriented content, provided it is legal in your jurisdiction and you hold all necessary rights.
We reserve the right to remove any video or account at any time without prior notice.
DMCA takedown requests will be processed and content will be removed accordingly.

2. Monetization Policy

Users are paid based on real and legitimate views only.
Views are counted after 1% of the video has been watched.
We strictly prohibit the use of autosurf, traffic exchange, paid-to-click, or similar services to generate fake views.
Abuse of the system will lead to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

3. Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts by a single user is not allowed. Violating this may result in banning all associated accounts.

4. Payouts

Minimum payout threshold is $10.
Payout requests are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to reject suspicious or fraudulent withdrawal attempts.

5. Account Termination

StreamFlash reserves the right to suspend or delete any account without notice if deemed necessary.
