Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

By creating an account, uploading files, embedding videos, or using StreamFlash, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

StreamFlash is a video hosting platform that allows registered users to upload, store, manage, stream, embed and share video files, subtitles and thumbnails. Users may also configure their own advertising links where available.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity made through your account.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, or create risk for the platform.

3. Uploaded Content

You are fully responsible for all videos, subtitles, thumbnails, titles, links and other content uploaded or submitted through your account. StreamFlash does not manually approve user uploads before publication.

You must not upload, store, share, embed or distribute content that:

  • infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights;
  • contains illegal, abusive, exploitative, harmful or non-consensual material;
  • contains malware, phishing, scams, stolen data or deceptive content;
  • violates privacy, publicity or personal rights of others;
  • is used for spam, automated abuse, fake traffic or ad fraud;
  • violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Copyright and DMCA / Takedown Requests

If we receive a valid copyright or illegal-content report, we may remove or disable access to the reported content without prior notice. Repeated infringement or serious abuse may result in account termination.

Copyright owners can submit takedown requests through our DMCA form: Submit DMCA Request.

5. Illegal Content and Abuse Reports

If you believe content hosted on StreamFlash is illegal or abusive, you may report it through our contact page. Reports should include direct links to the content and enough information for us to identify the issue.

6. Advertising

StreamFlash may display platform advertising on watch pages, embed pages or other parts of the service. Users may also be allowed to add their own advertising links.

Users are responsible for the ads, links, redirects and third-party services they add. User ads must not contain malware, scams, forced downloads, phishing, illegal content or deceptive behavior. We may remove user ads or disable ad settings at any time if they create risk for the platform, visitors or advertisers.

7. No User Earnings or Revenue Share

The current version of StreamFlash does not provide user earnings, payouts, referral earnings or revenue share. Any video statistics shown in the dashboard are provided for informational purposes only.

8. Statistics

StreamFlash may show users basic statistics such as views, plays, unique views or similar metrics. These statistics are estimates and may be filtered, delayed, reset or corrected to reduce abuse, fake traffic or technical errors.

9. Storage and File Management

We may apply storage limits, file limits, upload limits, bandwidth limits, conversion limits or other technical restrictions. We may remove temporary, broken, abusive, deleted, inactive or policy-violating files.

10. Embedding and Downloads

Users may control whether their videos can be embedded or downloaded where such options are available. However, StreamFlash does not guarantee that browser behavior, third-party websites or external tools will always respect these settings.

11. Service Availability

We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be limited, changed, suspended or discontinued due to maintenance, abuse prevention, legal requests, technical problems or business reasons.

12. Prohibited Use

  • No bot traffic, fake views, automated ad abuse or manipulation of statistics.
  • No attempts to bypass security, storage limits, embed restrictions or ad logic.
  • No scraping, mass downloading or excessive automated requests.
  • No use of StreamFlash for illegal hosting, copyright piracy, malware or fraud.

13. Termination

We may suspend, restrict or delete accounts and content if we believe there is abuse, illegal content, copyright infringement, security risk, fake traffic, or violation of these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

StreamFlash is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not responsible for user-uploaded content, third-party ads, external links, loss of files, loss of access, loss of data, lost revenue, or indirect damages.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StreamFlash after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
